Compared with pure collagen films, the saturated water content and light transmittance of collagen based cellulose nanocrystalline composite films with different mass ratios were not significantly different. With the increase of cellulose nanocrystalline incorporation, the in vitro degradation rate of collagen matrix composite membrane was significantly accelerated, and the in vitro degradation rate of 7 wt% CNCs was similar to that of COL, which could meet the needs of corneal repair.
