The iron grade of alkaline pellet produced on Jingtang 504m2 belt roaster is higher, reaching 66.3%, the SiO2 content is reduced from 3.03% of acid pellet to 2.05%, the alkali metal content of alkaline pellet is significantly lower than that of acid pellet, the stability of blast furnace is good and the technical index is significantly improved after application.
