其中,2个月锈层试样基体上分布有灰色的腐蚀产物,较为均匀,红褐色的腐蚀产物很少,背阳面红褐色腐蚀产物较多。1年锈层试样基体上分布有灰色的腐蚀产物,腐蚀产物颜色较浅,腐蚀产物斑点均匀分布于基体上。2年锈层试样颜色加深,同时腐蚀产物分布更密集,背阳面腐蚀产物较少。去除腐蚀产物焊接接头表面形貌颜色较浅,同时去除腐蚀产物后的焊缝区与母材区没有明显的区别,说明焊缝区与母材区耐蚀性差异不大。对于1年试样,焊缝区与母材区存在一定的台阶,母材区比焊缝区腐蚀较轻一些,焊缝区台阶高度较低,R=6.91μm,但是R值小于30μm,说明焊接接头试样合格。对于2年试样,焊缝区台阶高度高于母材区,说明焊缝金属耐蚀性更好,说明焊接接头试样合格。

Among them, there are gray corrosion products distributed on the base of 2-month rust layer sample, which are more uniform, few reddish brown corrosion products, and more reddish brown corrosion products on the back surface. Gray corrosion products were distributed on the substrate of 1-year rust layer samples, and the color of corrosion products was lighter, and the corrosion product spots were evenly distributed on the substrate. At the same time, the distribution of corrosion products is more intensive, and the corrosion products on the back surface are less. At the same time, there is no obvious difference between the weld zone and the base metal zone after removing the corrosion products, which indicates that there is little difference in corrosion resistance between the weld zone and the base metal zone. For one-year specimens, there are some steps between the weld zone and the base metal zone, the corrosion of the base metal zone is lighter than that of the weld zone, and the step height of the weld zone is lower, r = 6.91 μ m. But r is less than 30 μ m. It indicates that the welded joint sample is qualified. For the 2-year sample, the step height of the weld zone is higher than that of the base metal zone, which indicates that the corrosion resistance of the weld metal is better and the welded joint sample is qualified.
