MoCu alloys were successfully prepared under hydrogen atmosphere using different forming processes with sintering temperatures of 1200~1350°C and holding times of 120 min. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectroscopy (EDS) were used to analyze the fracture organization and elemental distribution of MoCu alloys, and to study the differences in the densities, thermal conductivities and microstructures of MoCu alloys under different processes. The results showed that a higher density of MoCu alloy could be obtained by injection molding process than by molding process, and the density could reach up to 98%. Under the same sintering conditions, injection molding of MoCu alloys has higher thermal conductivity than press molding.
