依次经备料、成型、脱脂、烧结、熔渗和磨削而制成,采用干袋式冷等静压的成型方式,可以得到直径在3-10mm,长度在300mm以上的大长径比的钨棒坯;通过工装设计,保证了熔渗后的大长径比钨铜棒材的直线度,且减少了后续机加工量;通过优化钨骨架烧结工艺和熔渗工艺,得到高钨含量的大长径比钨铜棒材,致密度高,组织均匀性好,且整个制备流程短,成本低。
The tungsten rods with a large aspect ratio of 3-10 mm in diameter and more than 300 mm in length can be obtained by using the dry bag type cold isostatic pressing method; the straightness of the tungsten copper rods with a large aspect ratio after melting and infiltration is ensured by the tooling design, and the amount of subsequent machining is reduced; by optimizing the tungsten sintering process and melting and infiltration process, tungsten copper rods with a large aspect ratio and high tungsten content are obtained with high density and good uniformity, and the whole preparation process is short and low cost.
