With increasing V contents, the YS and UTS of PWHT specimens were greatly improved for up to the peak values with a YS of 943 ± 22 MPa and a UTS of 1061 ± 21 MPa in V20 PWHT specimen. The Charpy impact energies decreased with decreasing temperature for PWHT specimens. For PWHT specimens, the Charpy impact energies exhibited a descending trend as V contents increased first. However, it is worth noting that a further increase in V levels did not lead to a further decrease in Charpy impact energies at every temperature. TIG welding can meet the subject index requirements.
