结果表明:两相区 950 ℃穿孔时发生了轧卡, 未能穿透;而在单相区 1050 和 1100 ℃均能顺利完成热穿孔。顶头轴向力随温度的变化如图所示。可以 发现:两相区穿孔时的顶头轴向力会激增至单相区穿孔 顶头轴向力的 5~6 倍,这是由于穿孔速率不能满足准 静态变形条件所致。
The results show that: during the piercing at 950 ℃ in the two-phase zone, the piercing occurred and failed to penetrate; while in the single-phase zone at 1050 and 1100 ℃, the thermal piercing can be successfully completed. The axial force of the plug changes with temperature as shown in the figure. It can be found that the axial force of the plug during perforation in the two-phase zone will increase sharply to 5-6 times the axial force of the perforation in the single-phase zone. This is due to the fact that the perforation rate cannot meet the quasi-static deformation conditions.
