Figure 4 shows the change of each model parameter with strain. Assuming that these parameters are polynomial functions of strain, data fitting shows that only polynomials of degree 7 have a high correlation coefficient R. Therefore, the Arrhenius hyperbolic sine function model with strain compensation can provide sufficient data support for the subsequent three-dimensional thermal-mechanical coupled finite element simulation of skew rolling and piercing.
