The alloy substrate was dissolved by electrochemical method to extract sufficient carbonitride residues, and then the cementite and microalloy carbonitride were separated by phase. The composition of cementite and microalloy carbonitides was quantitatively analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), and the particle size distribution of microalloy carbonitides was measured by small Angle X-ray scattering (SAXS).
