以0.47%Y2O3、0.6%Y2O3、0.8%Y2O3、1.0%Y2O3四种不同加入量,掺杂制备出MoO2粉末,还原出Mo-Y合金粉末,通过冷等静压成形得到坯体,在氢气气氛中以最高烧结温度为1850℃、保温时间为6h的工艺烧结得到Ø17mm烧结棒坯,进而锻造、拉拔至Ø0.18mm的丝材。在拉拔过程中,四种Mo-Y合金分别在Ø8mm、Ø2.75mm、Ø1.8mm、Ø1.05mm和Ø1.8mm取样,测量室温力学性能,并对最终产品Ø0.18mm进行断口分析。得出了Y2O3含量对Mo-Y合金的室温力学性能和断口形貌的影响规律。
