选择以成都虹波实业股份有限公司生产的平均粒径3.6 μm的工业钼粉为原料,经等静压成型后,在中频氢气烧结炉中1850 ℃下烧结4h得到烧结坯作为锻坯,在厦门虹鹭钨钼工业有限公司,采用鞍钢1000 t快锻机对圆柱坯纯钼进行反复径向锻-轴向锻的多向锻造试验。锻造砧为H13耐热砧钢,锻造前采用高温天然气喷枪加热砧。其中径向锻采用开口120°的弧形砧,轴向锻采用平砧。
The industrial molybdenum powder with an average particle size of 3.6 μm produced by Chengdu Hongbo Industrial Co., Ltd. was selected as the raw material. After isostatic pressing, it was sintered in an intermediate frequency hydrogen sintering furnace at 1850 ℃ for 4 hours to obtain a sintered billet as a forging billet. Honglu Tungsten & Molybdenum Industry Co., Ltd. used Anshan Iron and Steel's 1000 t fast forging machine to conduct repeated radial forging and axial forging multi-directional forging tests on pure molybdenum for cylindrical billets. The forging anvil is made of H13 heat-resistant anvil steel, and the anvil is heated by a high-temperature natural gas spray gun before forging. The radial forging adopts an arc-shaped anvil with an opening of 120°, and the axial forging adopts a flat anvil.
