选用日本理学公司生产的D/max 2500VB+型X射线衍射仪分析超细钼粉和Al掺杂Mo复合粉末的物相组成,扫描角度设定为2θ=5~85°,扫描速度为8°/min。选用荷兰FEI公司生产的Quanta-200场发射扫描电镜分别对Al掺杂Mo复合粉末的微观结构及形貌进行观测分析。采用Tecnai G2 F30型透射电子显微镜对超细钼粉及制备的Al掺杂Mo复合粉末进行形貌观察和面扫分析。
The D/max 2500VB+ X-ray diffractometer produced by Rigaku Corporation was used to analyze the phase composition of ultrafine molybdenum powder and Al-doped Mo composite powder. The scanning angle was set to 2θ=5~85°, and the scanning speed was 8°/ min. The Quanta-200 field emission scanning electron microscope produced by the Netherlands FEI company was used to observe and analyze the microstructure and morphology of the Al-doped Mo composite powder. Tecnai G2 F30 transmission electron microscope was used to observe the morphology and surface scanning of the ultrafine molybdenum powder and the prepared Al-doped Mo composite powder.
