通过有限元软件MSC.Marc对纯钨单向模压和固相烧结工艺进行了三维多粒子有限元模拟。首先,分析了颗粒网格划分对模拟结果的影响。研究了加压阶段压坯形貌和等效米塞斯应力分布随压力的演变,最后选择一部分团簇分析了颗粒的位移、变形及应力分布情况。
Through the finite element software MSC.Marc, a three-dimensional multi-particle finite element simulation of pure tungsten unidirectional molding and solid-phase sintering process was carried out. First, the influence of particle meshing on the simulation results is analyzed. The morphology of the compact during the pressurization stage and the evolution of the equivalent Mises stress distribution with pressure are studied. Finally, a part of clusters is selected to analyze the particle displacement, deformation and stress distribution.
