Al掺杂Mo复合粉末烧结体热轧件相对密度的测定同样选用杭州金迈仪器有限公司生产的DE-120M型高精度密度计,基于排水法原理测量烧结体及轧坯的密度,并使用相关公式计算出相对密度。其维氏硬度的测定选用上海联尔试验设备有限公司HVS-10型显微硬度计测试烧结体及轧坯的显微硬度。测量前保证试样表面平整光滑,试验载荷设置为0.3kg(2.94N),保压时间为15s,每个试样正反面各测不同位置随机5个点,实验结果取其算术平均值。
