First, use the calibrated contact model parameters to generate the initial accumulation structure of W powder of four different sizes (2μm, 10μm, 20μm, 100μm) in the DEM program. Due to gravity, the relative density distribution inside the powder presents a stratification trend, and the density distribution is imported into the FEM program as an initial condition. The changes in the relative density of the macroscopic properties of the powder as a whole during the cold isostatic pressing process are studied.
