采用50mm厚的钨板坯通过换向轧制工艺成功制备出厚度为18mm的热轧钨板。分别对1300℃、1400℃退火30min、60min、90min退火后的钨板表面和纵截面进行金相组织观察,以考察退火时间对钨板再结晶晶粒组织的影响。金相组织采集方案:试样经过机械磨削和抛光成平整、光亮、无磨痕或抛光划痕的镜面,采用10-20%的氢氧化钠+铁氰化钾混合液(氢氧化钠与铁氰化钾质量比为1:1)对样品进行腐蚀,腐蚀后的样品在金相显微镜下放大100×或200×进行金相组织观察。
A hot-rolled tungsten plate with a thickness of 18mm was successfully prepared using a 50mm-thick tungsten slab through a reversing rolling process. The surface and longitudinal sections of the tungsten plates annealed at 1300℃, 1400℃ for 30min, 60min, and 90min were observed for the metallographic structure to investigate the effect of annealing time on the recrystallized grain structure of the tungsten plate.
