以低于临界氧含量合金的HIP态FGH96合金的蠕变失效断口为研究对象。通过机加工距断口 10mm 处取下断口,将断口浸入丙酮溶液中进行超声清洗,去除切割过程中产生的油污,取下的断口用于扫描电镜(SEM)进行断口形貌分析。
The creep failure fracture of HIP state FGH96 alloy with an oxygen content lower than the critical level is taken as the research object. The fracture surface was machined at a distance of 10mm from the fracture surface and then immersed in acetone solution for ultrasonic cleaning to remove the oil stains generated during the cutting process. The removed fracture surface was used for fracture surface morphology analysis by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
