Utilizing the finite element software Deform, a simulation of the vacuum isothermal forging process for FGH96 superalloy was conducted. By comparing the variations in physical fields under different process conditions, such as temperature fields and equivalent strain fields, an appropriate deformation processing window was identified. This ensures that the FGH96 alloy remains in a stable and uniform deformation state throughout the vacuum isothermal forging process.
