选取不同氧含量(140ppm、280ppm、410ppm)的HIF态的FGH96高温合金材料,经过经过热等静压(HIP)处理、等温锻造(HIF)处理和热处理(HT)后,制备冲击试样。使用夏比冲击试验机进行冲击韧性测试,在室温和低温(-40℃)条件下进行实验,获取试样的冲击断口。对断口样品进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察,记录断口形貌图,分析断裂模式(如韧性断裂、脆性断裂、混合断裂)。对比不同氧含量对合金冲击断口特征的影响,研究氧含量对合金冲击韧性的影响机制。
The FGH96 superalloy materials in the HIF state with different oxygen contents (140ppm, 280ppm, 410ppm) were selected. After undergoing hot isostatic pressing (HIP) treatment, isothermal forging (HIF) treatment and heat treatment (HT), the impact specimens were prepared. The impact toughness test was conducted using a Charpy impact tester at room temperature and low temperature (-40℃) to obtain the impact fracture surface of the specimens. The fracture samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the fracture morphology was recorded, and the fracture modes (such as ductile fracture, brittle fracture, and mixed fracture) were analyzed. Compare the influence of different oxygen contents on the impact fracture characteristics of alloys, and study the influence mechanism of oxygen content on the impact toughness of alloys.
