Based on the unreacted core model in the gas-solid reaction mechanism, the restrictive links of the superalloy during the smelting process were analyzed. Then, the deoxidation rate with the mass transfer of [O] in the liquid boundary layer as the restrictive link was calculated according to the first-order reaction theory, which included the deoxidation rate during the smelting process with different return material addition ratios and different return times.
