将不同返回次数的成分样品制备为碎屑状和棒状,其中碎屑状用于气体元素分析,棒状用于合金元素的分析。使用TC-300氮氧分析仪对合金中O、N元素进行分析。采用ICP-AES分析仪对合金中Al、Co、Mo、W、Ti元素含量进行分析;合金中Cr元素含量检测方法参照ASTM E1473-16。分析所得不同返回料添加比例母合金锭的成分,获得返回了添加比例对合金中O、N含量和脱除率的影响规律。
The component samples with different return times were prepared into debris form and rod form. Among them, the debris form was used for the analysis of gas elements, and the rod form was used for the analysis of alloy elements. The elements O and N in the alloy were analyzed using the TC-300 nitrogen-oxygen analyzer. The contents of Al, Co, Mo, W and Ti elements in the alloy were analyzed by using the ICP-AES analyzer. The detection method of Cr element content in alloys refers to ASTM E1473-16. The composition of master alloy ingots with different addition ratios of returned materials was analyzed, and the influence law of the addition ratio of returned materials on the contents of O and N and the removal rate in the alloy was obtained.
