对不同熔炼时间及熔炼炉次得到的高温合金采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)对合金中Al、Ti、Mg元素进行分析。采用LECO公司的TC-300型氮氧分析仪测定O、N含量。统计不同熔炼时间和坩埚中Mg、O、N的含量,并利用origin绘图软件对统计结果进行绘图。
The elements Al, Ti and Mg in the superalloys obtained with different smelting times and smelting furnace cycles were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES). The contents of O and N were determined by using the TC-300 nitrogen and oxygen analyzer of LECO Company. The contents of Mg, O and N in different smelting times and crucibles were statistically analyzed, and the statistical results were plotted using the origin plotting software.
