首先采用FactSage热力学软件对高温下FGH96合金液成分对各类夹杂物生成的影响进行了预测,计算过程中选择FactPS、FToxid、FTmisc数据库。分别计算了1773 K下FGH96合金中Al-O、Ti-O、Ca-O、Mg-O、Ce-O的平衡曲线和不同温度下Ti-N的平衡曲线。
Firstly, the influence of the composition of FGH96 alloy liquid at high temperature on the formation of various inclusions was predicted by using the FactSage thermodynamic software. During the calculation process, the FactPS, FToxid and FTmisc databases were selected. The equilibrium curves of Al-O, Ti-O, Ca-O, Mg-O and Ce-O in FGH96 alloy at 1773 K and the equilibrium curves of Ti-N at different temperatures were calculated respectively.
