FGH96合金中的析出相主要包括γ′相和碳化物,通过扫描电镜背散射模式(BSE)或二次电子模式(SE)进行观察分析。BSE模式可直接采用机械抛光的试样;SE模式需对使用电解抛光与电解腐蚀试样:首先对经过机械抛光后的HT试样表面进行电解抛光,电解抛光液成分为20vol.%H2SO4+80vol.%CH3OH,不同工艺态试样采用不同参数,HT态试样电抛电压为15V、时间为15s。TEM采集方案:通过机加工线切割切HT态合金约 0.3mm 厚的薄片,并研磨至 40~50μm,使用电解双喷减薄仪进行减薄。通过TEM对不同氧含量HT态合金进行观察,分析氧含量的变化对合金PPB界面的影响。

HT alloys with different oxygen content were observed by TEM, and the effect of oxygen content on PPB interface was analyzed.
