以不同氧含量合金粉末制备的HIP态FGH96合金的蠕变失效断口为研究对象。通过机加工距断口 10mm 处取下断口,将断口浸入丙酮溶液中进行超声清洗,去除切割过程中产生的油污,取下的断口用于扫描电镜(SEM)进行断口形貌分析,以分析氧含量变化对HIP态合金蠕变断口的影响规律。
The creep failure fracture of HIP FGH96 alloy prepared by alloy powder with different oxygen content was studied. The fracture was removed 10mm away from the fracture by machining, and the fracture was immersed in acetone solution for ultrasonic cleaning to remove the oil generated in the cutting process. The removed fracture was used for scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis to analyze the effect of oxygen content change on the creep fracture of HIP alloy.
