以不同氧含量合金粉末制备的HIP态FGH96合金为研究对象。FGH96合金粉末的HIP烧结参数设置为1170±10℃,140MPa±10MPa,停留时间为4 h。在电子蠕变试验机(RDL100,SINOTEST)上进行了700℃、690 MPa下的蠕变实验。
HIP FGH96 alloy prepared by alloy powder with different oxygen content was used as the research object. HIP sintering parameters of FGH96 alloy powder were set to 1170±10℃, 140MPa±10MPa, and residence time was 4 h. The creep experiments at 700℃ and 690 MPa were carried out on the electronic creep testing machine (RDL100, SINOTEST).
