The failure sample after fatigue performance test at room temperature with different oxygen content was adopted as the research object. Thin slices with longitudinal section of about 1mm thick were cut by machining wire cutting, and the surface of thin slices was mechanically ground and mechanically polished, followed by electrolytic polishing. The electrolytic polishing liquid composition was 20vol.%H2SO4+80vol.%CH3OH. The HIP samples were electropolished at 15V and 5s. The measurements were made by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) in the EDAX configuration.
