采用不同氧含量的室温疲劳性能测试后失效试样为研究对象,通过机加工线切割切取断口纵截面约 0.3mm 厚的薄片,并研磨至 40~50μm,使用电解双喷减薄仪进行减薄。通过TEM对不同氧含量HIP态合金进行观察,分析氧含量的变化对合金变形行为的影响规律
The failure sample after fatigue performance test at room temperature with different oxygen content was used as the research object. Thin slices with longitudinal section about 0.3mm thick were cut by machining wire cutting, and ground to 40~50μm, and thinned by electrolytic double-spray thinning instrument. The HIP alloy with different oxygen content was observed by TEM, and the effect of oxygen content on the deformation behavior of the alloy was analyzed
