以不同氧含量FGH96合金粉末烧结制得的HIP态合金为研究对象,对合金进行疲劳裂纹扩展实验。疲劳裂纹扩展实验采用紧凑试样进行。FGH96合金采用MTS Landmark疲劳试验系统,在常温、空气环境下,采用正弦加载波形,载荷比为0.05,加载频率为10 Hz。
HIP alloy prepared by sintering FGH96 alloy powder with different oxygen content was used as the research object, and fatigue crack propagation experiment was carried out on the alloy. The fatigue crack growth experiments were carried out with compact specimens. FGH96 alloy adopts MTS Landmark fatigue test system, adopts sinusoidal loading waveform, load ratio is 0.05, loading frequency is 10 Hz under normal temperature and air environment.
