为了分析氧原子浓度在γ及γ′相之间的差异及热处理时间对氧元素扩散后对γ及γ′相晶胞参数的影响,在HRTEM模式下,对热处理时间为0h、10h、24h及120h的扩散偶界面TEM样品进行高分辨分析,确定距离扩散偶界面不同位置、不同基体相中氧原子浓度对γ及γ′相晶胞膨胀的影响。
In order to analyze the difference of oxygen concentration between γ and γ 'phases and the effect of heat treatment time on the cell parameters of γ and γ' phases after oxygen diffusion, high resolution analysis was performed on the diffused dual interface TEM samples with heat treatment time of 0h, 10h, 24h and 120h under HRTEM mode. The effects of oxygen concentration on the expansion of γ-phase and γ-phase cells at different positions of diffusion-couple interface and different matrix phases were determined.
