为了定量分析氧元素在γ及γ′相之间的差异及热处理时间对氧元素扩散行为的影响,在STEM模式下,对热处理时间为0h、10h、24h及120h的扩散偶界面TEM样品进行点扫,确定距离扩散偶界面不同位置、不同基体相中氧元素的浓度。
In order to quantitatively analyze the difference of oxygen element between γ and γ 'phases and the effect of heat treatment time on oxygen element diffusion behavior, point scanning was performed on TEM samples of diffused couple interface with heat treatment time of 0h, 10h, 24h and 120h under STEM mode, and oxygen element concentrations in different positions and matrix phases from diffused couple interface were determined.
