通过FIB切割热处理时间为0h、10h、24h及120h的扩散偶界面TEM样品,对热处理不同时间的扩散偶界面进行TEM观察,通过HRTEM对扩散偶界面氧化物颗粒进行分析,并通过与标准衍射花样进行对比,确定氧化物颗粒类型。
The diffuse-couple interface TEM samples with heat treatment time of 0h, 10h, 24h and 120h were cut by FIB. The diffuse-couple interface was observed by TEM at different heat treatment times. The oxide particles at the diffuse-couple interface were analyzed by HRTEM, and the type of oxide particles was determined by comparing with the standard diffraction pattern.
