以氧含量为340 ppm的合金粉末表层氧化物颗粒相为代表,通过TEM分析了氧化物相的结构特征。采用HSC 6.0计算合金粉末表层常见不同种氧化物颗粒形成所需的热力学条件。
The surface oxide phase of alloy powder with oxygen content of 340 ppm was taken as the representative, and the structural characteristics of oxide phase were analyzed by TEM. The thermodynamic conditions for the formation of common oxide particles on the surface of alloy powder were calculated by HSC 6.0.
