采用聚焦离子束切割技术(FIB)制备不同氧含量合金粉末表层TEM样品;通过高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对不同氧含量合金粉末表层结构进行详细表征,以探究氧含量对合金粉末氧化层结构的影响规律,同时结合能谱仪(EDS)分析合金元素在氧化层内的分布规律。3DAP采集方案:通过FIB技术切取粉末氧化层针尖状样品,对合金粉末氧化层的特征进行更精细的研究。
Focused ion beam cutting (FIB) was used to prepare TEM samples of alloy powder with different oxygen content. The surface structure of the alloy powder with different oxygen content was characterized by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) to explore the effect of oxygen content on the oxide layer structure, and the distribution of alloying elements in the oxide layer was analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). 3DAP collection scheme: The pinpoint sample of powder oxide layer is cut by FIB technology, and the characteristics of alloy powder oxide layer are studied more carefully.
