According to thermodynamic calculations, Ti is the first of the alloying elements to oxidise and the oxidation process of the alloy can be reflected by the change in valence state of Ti. The changes of Ti oxide in original powder and powder exposed at room temperature for 720 h were compared by XPS spectrum.
