对返回料制备粉末的空心度等进行了表征,空心度是表征重熔粉末颗粒中空心、孔隙等缺陷的严重程度,表征方法采用SEM拍摄大量照片,统计照片中粉末颗粒二维投影中内部孔洞的像素面积占比大小。
The hollow degree of the superalloy powders produced from return material were characterized. The hollow degree is the severity of defects such as hollowness and porosity in remelted powder particles. The characterization method adopts SEM to take a large number of photos. Statistic the proportion of pixel area of internal holes in the two-dimensional projection of powder particles in photos.
