对两批不同工艺下低成本粉末高温合金制备锻件试样的纳米级析出相γ՛相及碳化物等进行了研究分析;主要包括γ՛相粒度分布、形貌、元素分布,碳化物物相结构标定、成分、形态分布、相界面情况,基体合金元素偏聚情况等。
The nanoscale precipitated phase V and carbide of two batches of low cost powder superalloys prepared by different processes were studied and analyzed. It mainly includes phase particle size distribution, morphology, element distribution, phase structure calibration, composition, shape distribution, phase interface, matrix element segregation etc.
