本报告分析了FGH96重熔粉末的元素分布情况,及重熔次数对FGH96重熔粉末各主要元素含量的影响。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定Ni,Co,Cr等主元元素的含量,实验结果表明重熔雾化工艺对重熔粉末的元素损耗小,制备出的粉末符合可以再次循环利用。
This report analyzes the elemental distribution of FGH96 remelted powder and the effect of remelting times on the content of major elements in FGH96 remelted powder.The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer was used to determine the content of principal elements such as Ni, Co and Cr, and the experimental results showed that the element loss of the remelted powder was small in the remelting atomization process, and the prepared powder could be recycled.
