In this study, we demonstrate a porous wrinkle-structured poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS)/PPy (POP-P) film to obtain combined photo-electro-thermal conversion with minimum diffuse reflection over a broad-band spectrum. Polypyrrole (PPy) is a conventional conductive material, which has favorable stable photo-thermal features, making it a suitable icephobic material. Under 1 sun illumination or at the voltage of 25 V, POP-P-120 shows outstanding anti-icing/deicing performance even at −40 °C. Besides, this film can maintain 24 h continuous ice-free state in outdoor testing. Simplicity, mechanical durability, low cost, and ideal outdoor adaptation make POP-P-120 a favorable candidate for long-term stable anti-icing material.
