针对常规液体分布装置中不溶物容易堵塞布液孔或布液槽的问题,改善水平管降膜蒸发器内部的液体分布状态,本章节选用某中空结构的旋流液体喷头,搭建测试平台并进行了喷淋实验,获得了该型喷头的喷淋特性数据,同时对该型喷头的喷淋均匀性进行了验证。实验结果对于该型喷头在低温多效蒸发海水淡化中的应用和推广具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the problem that the insoluble matter in the conventional liquid distribution device is easy to block the liquid distribution hole or liquid distribution tank, and improve the liquid distribution state in the horizontal tube falling film evaporator, this chapter selects a swirling liquid nozzle with hollow structure, builds a test platform and carries out the spray experiment, obtains the spray characteristic data of this type of nozzle, and verifies the spray uniformity of this type of nozzle. The experimental results have a certain reference value for the application and popularization of this nozzle in low temperature multi effect evaporation seawater desalination.
