只有PLCL/Gt-REDV/MCP@GCs组从缝合处到血管移植中间部位形成了完整正常的内皮层,其他组无法实现如此快速的内皮化。这主要是由于PLCL/Gt-REDV/MCP@GCs血管移植能够促进HUVECs的粘附、迁移和增殖,利于实现快速内皮化。
Only PLCL/Gt-REDV/MCP@GCs group indeed formed complete and normal endothelium layer from suture to middle site of vascular graft. However, other groups couldn’t achieve such rapid endothelialization. The results demonstrated that the PLCL/Gt-REDV/MCP@GCs group can promote the adhesion, migration and proliferation of HUVECs, which is conducive to rapid endothelialization.
