The number of migrated HUVECs on PLCL/Gt-REDV/MCP@GCs surface was higher than other groups. The result indicated that the intelligent PLCL/Gt-REDV/MCP@GCs surface successfully mediated gene transfection of HUVECs and further enhanced HUVECs migration.
