高端装备关重件由于服役环境的复杂性和严苛性,多强场(力、化学、电化学等)作用下再制造对象的跨尺度损伤和失效模式较为复杂,主要是锈蚀、磨损、腐蚀、疲劳等失效的混合形式。对装备关重件多尺度损伤进行参量表征与损伤定位,选取典型关重件天车滑轮,研究并模拟了氧化/磨损/腐蚀/疲劳损伤的内在关联和耦合作用机理。
Due to the complexity and severity of the service environment, the cross scale damage and failure modes of the remanufactured objects under the action of multiple strong fields (force, chemistry, electrochemistry, etc.) are more complex for the key heavy parts of high-end equipment, which are mainly the mixed forms of corrosion, wear, corrosion, fatigue and other failures. Parametric characterization and damage localization of multi-scale damage to equipment critical components were conducted, and typical critical component crown block pulleys were selected to study and simulate the internal correlation and coupling mechanism of oxidation/wear/corrosion/fatigue damage.
