发明了一步水热法进行TiO2/WO3复合材料粉末同步制备的一种全新技术。其存在的技术瓶颈主要为以下两个: 一、可以反应生成TiO2和WO3的原料有很多,但是能将原来斗有效结合并通过一步水热同步生成二者混合物却未见于报道:二、原来钛酸四丁酯和水极易发生反应生成凝胶,导致生成物大量团聚,制备TiO2纳米粉体尤其困难,本申请通过独特的步骤参数控制,通过WO3颗粒的加入使生成的TiO2粉体得到有效分散,两种粉末不仅能够充分混合,还能够彼此相互作用,促进彼此颗粒的分散与粒径的降低。
A new technology for synchronous preparation of TiO2/WO3 composite powder by one-step hydrothermal method was invented. The technical bottlenecks of the rice noodles are mainly the following two aspects: first, there are many raw materials that can react to generate TiO2 and WO3, but the effective combination of the original hopper and the simultaneous formation of two mixtures by one step hydrothermal method are not reported. Two, the original four butyl titanate and water are easily generated to generate gel, resulting in a large number of regenerated products. The preparation of TiO2 nanopowders is especially difficult. Through the unique step parameter control, the generated TiO2 powder is effectively dispersed through the addition of WO3 particles. The two powders can not only fully mix, but also interact with each other to promote the dispersion of each other's particles and the reduction of particle size.
