本发明涉及一种自升式海洋平台桩腿结构安装合拢的方法,过程为:S1:将船体支撑在高架墩上,船体底部到地面的高度超过单级桩腿分段;S2:基于船体,在坞内或船台利用吊车先安装合拢最顶部的两个或三个桩腿分段;S3:针对步骤S2已安装的桩腿,安装升降系统到升降基础结构;S4:通过所述升降系统提升已安装的桩腿,使船体下部留出空位,将下一个待组立的桩腿分段推入船体下方进行对接安装;S5:重复步骤S4,至所有桩腿分段都对接安装完毕;S6:拆除平台主船体下方高架墩,利用平台自身的升降机构下降主船体到要求的高度准备出坞或下水。本发明旨在降低作业难度和生产成本,提高平台使用寿命,减短建造周期。
The invention relates to an installation closure method for a self-elevating ocean platform pile leg structure. The method includes the processes that S1, a ship body is supported on elevated piers, and the height from the bottom of the ship body to the ground exceeds those of single-stage pile leg subsections; S2, on the basis of the ship body, two or three pile leg subsections at the topmost portion are installed and closed inside a dock or on a shipway with a crane at first; S3, a lifting system is installed onto lifting foundation structures according to pile legs which has been installed in the step S2; S4, the installed pile legs are lifted through the lifting system, so that a vacant part is reserved on the lower portion of the ship body, and the next pile leg subsection to be assembled is pushed into the position below the ship body for butt joint installation; S5, the step S4 is repeated until butt joint installation of all the pile leg subsections is completed; and S6, the elevator piers under the platform main ship body are removed, and the main ship body descends to a required height for preparation of undocking or water entering by means of a lifting mechanism of the platform. The installation closure method aims to reduce operation difficulties and production costs, the service life of the platform is prolonged, and the construction cycle is shortened.
