本发明涉及金属材料热处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种变规格钢板连续热处理工艺方法。该方法用于辊式淬火机,包括:测量钢板的尺寸,当厚度大于10mm时,计算淬火的水量、水压和时间,辊道将钢板运送至高密喷嘴所在区域,开启高密喷嘴,按照计算所得的水量、水压和时间进行淬火,将钢板送出淬火机;当厚度小于或等于10mm时,计算淬火水量和水压,开启缝隙喷嘴,辊道运送钢板经过缝隙喷嘴,然后将钢板送出淬火机。本发明提供的钢板热处理方法,据钢板厚度的不同选择淬火规程,然后将钢板直接送入淬火机的指定区域完成淬火工作,使得淬火机在处理小批量、多规格钢板连续生产的情况时,可以快速的选择和切换淬火规程,减少了工艺转换/调节时间,提高了生产效率,节约能源。
The invention relates to the technical field of heat treatment of metal materials, in particular to a method of continuous heat treatment process of a variable-specification steel plate. The method is used for a roller quenching machine, and comprises the following steps of measuring the size of the steel plate; when the thickness is greater than 10 mm, calculating out the water quantity, water pressure and time of quenching, using a roller way to convey the steel plate to an area where a high-density nozzle is located, opening the high-density nozzle, carrying out quenching according to the calculated water quantity, water pressure and time, and delivering the steel plate out of the quenching machine; and when the thickness is less than or equal to 10 mm, calculating out the water quantity and water pressure of quenching, opening a gap nozzle, conveying the steel plate with the roller way to pass through the gap nozzle, and then delivering the steel plate out of the quenching machine. According to the method, the quenching procedure is selectable according to different thickness of the steel plate, and then the steel plate is directly fed into a designated area of the quenching machine to finish quenching, so that the quenching procedures are rapidly selected and switched when the quenching machine is used for processing continuous production of small-batch and multi-specification steel plates, the process conversion/adjustment time is shortened, the production efficiency is improved, and the energy is saved.
