本发明提供的是一种改善环氧树脂屏蔽和防腐性能的方法。采用改进的Hummers’法制备氧化石墨烯悬浮液,反复抽滤使悬浮液pH≥5;利用脲醛树脂改性氧化石墨烯,得到亲油性的浅黄色粉末;利用球磨法制备分散性良好的改性氧化石墨烯/环氧树脂涂层。未改性氧化石墨烯亲水,在涂层制备过程中容易发生团聚并且分散性差,基本无法起到屏蔽作用。本发明利用脲醛树脂改性氧化石墨烯,得到的改性氧化石墨烯亲油,并且在氧化石墨烯片层上,生成了分布致密的脲醛树脂微球。在球磨过程中,脲醛树脂微球防止了氧化石墨烯片受到研磨球的冲击而团聚,并且结合改性氧化石墨烯表面的脲醛树脂与环氧树脂良好的相容性,最终制备出了分散性好的改性氧化石墨烯涂层。
The invention provides a method for improving shielding and anti-corrosion properties of epoxy resin. An oxidized graphene suspension is prepared by adopting an improved Hummers' method, repeated suction filtration is performed to make pH of the suspension greater than or equal to 5; oxidized graphene is modified by utilizing the urea resin to obtain oleophilic light yellow powder; a ball-milling method is utilized to prepare a modified oxidized graphene/epoxy resin coating having good dispersity. Non-modified oxidized graphene is hydrophilic, easily agglomerates in the coating preparation process, is poor in dispersity and cannot play a shielding effect basically. The oxidized graphene is modified by utilizing the urea resin, the obtained oxidized graphene is oleophilic, and densely distributed urea resin microspheres are generated on an oxidized graphene sheet layer. In the ball-milling process, oxidized graphene sheets are prevented from being impacted to agglomerate by the urea resin microspheres, and the modified oxidized graphene/epoxy resin coating having good dispersity is finally prepared by combining the urea resin modifying the surface of the oxidized graphene and good compatibility of the epoxy resin.
