本发明涉及水下光学窗口防污的方法,具体为一种制备具有自修复性能的高透光率的仿生超滑表面的方法。首先将聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS) 低聚物与固化剂混合制备交联的PDMS网络结构,然后将PDMS网络结构浸入正构烷烃中,进而形成仿生超滑表面。该仿生超滑表面的润滑油膜消失后,会重新生成润滑油膜,且可以抑制细菌附着和水下具有高透光率。该发明制备方法简单,设备简单,所用试剂无环境危害,可重复性高。
The invention relates to an antifouling method of an underwater optical window, in particular to a method for preparing a high-light-transmittance bionic super-smooth surface with self-repairing performance. Firstly, a cross-linked PDMS network structure is prepared by mixing a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and a curing agent, then the PDMS network structure is immersed in n-alkanes, and the bionicsuper-smooth surface is formed. After lubricating oil film of the bionic super-smooth surface disappears, lubricating oil film can be regenerated, can inhibit bacterial attachment and has high light transmittance under water. The method for preparing the high-light-transmittance bionic super-smooth surface with the self-repairing performance has the advantages that the preparation method is simple, equipment is simple, used reagents have no environmental harm, and the repeatability is high.
