本发明公开了一种煤调湿工艺余热利用方法及其装置,该方法包括以下步骤:1)利用低压蒸汽与湿煤换热后闪蒸得到饱和冷凝水;2)将步骤1)得到的饱和冷凝水用于对步骤1)得到的调湿煤进一步干燥预热,干燥预热时抽真空至-0.035~-0.06MPa;3)当调湿煤温度加热到65~70℃时,停止抽真空;4)待调湿煤温度升至80~90℃时,继续抽真空,待温度高于94℃时,停止抽真空,完成当前批调湿煤的干燥预热;5)循环重复步骤1)~4),进行下一批调湿煤的干燥预热。本方法即装置将调湿后的饱和冷凝水直接引入中间储仓,对储仓内的调湿煤进一步预热干燥,大幅提高了饱和冷凝水的热效率,减少了焦炉炼焦过程能耗。
