本发明公开了一种多粒子协同作用的水溶性钛合金热轧润滑剂及制备方法,属于轧制润滑领域。该润滑剂主要成分包括:磷酸盐、石墨烯、氧化物纳米粉、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、去离子水;制备步骤为:首先将磷酸盐加入去离子水中,期间使用磁力搅拌器进行搅拌;然后在80℃环境下将石墨烯水分散液以边搅拌边添加的形式加入溶液中,随后加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮搅拌,然后将混合液降温至35℃后加入纳米粉并搅拌,最后将混合溶液进行超声处理得到最终的润滑剂。本发明为钛合金热轧提出了润滑剂配制方案,具有良好的适用性和稳定性,同时具有优异的减摩抗磨性,能够在轧制过程中长时间保持其润滑性能,在热轧过程中有优异润滑性能。

A lubricant preparation scheme for titanium alloy hot rolling is provided, and the lubricant has good applicability and stability and excellent anti-friction and anti-wear properties, can maintain the lubrication performance for a long time during the rolling process, and is excellent in lubrication performance during the hot rolling process.
